Ms. Ellen Kandell is the President of Alternative Resolutions, LLC. She is passionate about transforming conflict into a positive force for growth and change and has received accolades for her ability to bring diverse groups together to find common ground. After years as a lawyer both defending and prosecuting cases, she now focuses her efforts on settling and preventing disputes using non-confrontational methods. Her comprehensive mediation and facilitation experience is built upon a solid foundation of over 30 years of litigation and public policy work in the public and private sectors. In addition, she designed and managed alternative dispute resolution programs for the federal government.
