As a licensed therapists in MD & DC I am seeing clients on line, in-person NOW, and accept insurance for therapy. I specialize in seeing clients for anxiety and trauma issues that are embedded and need to become unstuck. Also, we can work on finding and connecting to your authentic-self and truths through therapeutic collaboration, mindfulness, and mind/body/spiritual learning to help help connections. I believe there is goodness and light in all of us that connects us through HOPE and inspiration.
