B.Forrest Fitness

Branden is a National Academy of sports medicine Certified Personal Trainer. His journey in fitness began in High school where he participated in Wrestling and Baseball. He enjoys a friendly competition and pushing his body for both strength and endurance. Branden attended University of Baltimore where he studied Business Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. After completing his undergraduate studies, Branden quickly transitioned into the fitness industry professionally where he has worked for upwards of 8 years now. Branden truly enjoys helping is clients inside and outside of the club to ensure they meet all of their fitness goals and become the best version of themselves.
