Dog Park in Wheaton Regional Park

Montgomery Parks opened its first dog park at Wheaton Regional Park in January 2003. Located just past Wheaton Sports Pavilion, this half-acre dog park is enclosed by a six-foot chain-link fence, allowing dogs to run and exercise off the leash. The facility is open for use sunrise to sunset. Please remember that all dogs should be on a leash before entering and exiting the park. There is no fee to use Montgomery Dog Parks and dog permits are not required.
