Garrett County Arts Council
The Garrett County Arts Council (GCAC) has been supporting the arts - visual arts, music, theatre, dance, literary arts and culinary arts - in Garrett County since 1976. Located in the heart of the Oakland Arts & Entertainment District, GCAC supports our local artists, artisans and rural entrepreneurs with The Gallery Shop, a retail storefront. Community events and programs are offered in GCAC's $MART ART spaces adjacent to The Gallery Shop, as well as on the Front Page Stage.
