Groff's Content Farm

Groff’s Content Farm raises 100% grass fed and grass finished beef, free range poultry (chickens, ducks, and turkeys), humanely raised heritage pork, and grass fed lamb on our 100 acre, family owned and operated regenerative farm in Frederick County, Maryland. We sell grass finished bulk beef and our full menu of products for home delivery online (www.groffscontentfarm.com) and at 8 weekly farmers markets around DC (see website for locations/times). We also offer a variety of chef prepared frozen meals made from our farm products including chilis, soups, curries, lasagnas, and more.
