As a licensed attorney (graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School) and former scientist (Ph.D. in chemistry with a specialization in physical chemistry from the University of Utah), Dr. Hain combines the law and hard sciences in a rigorous analytical framework that undergirds Dr. Hain’s practice as an independent arbitrator.
