Hannah has always been passionate about improving women's health. Her education and career began in women's health advocacy work in New York City. While Hannah found advocacy work very rewarding, she felt incredibly drawn to working hand in hand with women to improve their health and wellbeing. This inspired her decision to begin her journey towards midwifery. After completing her nursing education, she worked in a rural clinic serving an underserved and culturally diverse population providing community based education on women's health topics. She then returned to her hometown of Washington, DC to complete her masters degree in nurse midwifery and women's health at Georgetown University.
