Our company specializes in pre-purchase home inspections in DC, MD & VA. We were founded in 1978 and have been providing quality inspections for over 40 years. Our inspectors are all ASHI Certified Inspectors that spend between 3-5, or more hours in a home and provide a detailed digital report normally within 24 hours. The report is divided into systems (Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, etc) and includes photos, ratings, and narratives to describe and identify issues, and help you understand one of the biggest investments of your life. Our inspectors are very thorough and adhere to MD & VA Standards of Practice; as well as, the ASHI Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
