Kathryn McHugh, Mediation Attorney, has been a sole practitioner for over twenty years and her practice has focused on family law, divorce, child custody, mediation, and elder mediation. Ms. McHugh is licensed to practice law in Maryland. Ms.McHugh is also a parent coordinator for parents who need assistance in co-parenting and a "Best Interest Attorney" for children. Ms. McHugh has also been collaboratively trained in regard to the divorce process. Ms. McHugh received her B.A. (1980) in psychology and her M.A. (1981) in counseling psychology from the University of Connecticut and her J.D. (1992) from Temple University Law School. She worked as a psychotherapist prior to beginning law school in a variety of treatment centers.
