Private individual sessions for women, offering Reiki, Yoga, and Meditation. Not only is the essential oil bubble foot soak soothing, it gives us a chance to connect through conversation, allowing us the opportunity to design each session around your physical, emotional, and energic needs for that particular day/evening. Adding the Twist element, if you choose, allows the body to decompress, release stress, and soften any muscular tension before heading to the reiki table to move shift, and uplift the energies you hold within.
