I have been massage therapist for 21 years and I use an integrated style of massage that has a strong Swedish and deep tissue foundation. Other areas I have trained are lymphatic stimulation, crainosacral therapy, reflexology, and myoskeletal alignment, shiatzu, and nueromuscular. Each massage I do is different because my focus is to meet your whole being and where you are at that moment.
