The Minority Business Economic Council (MBEC) is a leader in Supplier Diversity and Diversity Inclusion by effectively developing partnerships with minority firms, government agencies and corporations in order to drive sustainability through our economic development, employment and educational platforms. The Minority Business Economic Council, Inc. (MBEC) works to increase access for economically disenfranchised firms within the public sector by influencing public policy decisions. We capture procurement opportunities to develop an economic base for diverse businesses (MBE firms) by aggressively pursuing the creation of effective partnerships and relationships throughout the Washington Metropolitan region.
