Phoenix Kyokushin Karate - Urbana Dojo

The program and classes are based on Kyokushin (Ultimate Truth) Karate, which is full contact karate also known as the strongest karate to the global community. Classes incorporate whole body, mind, and spiritual training. Kyokushin Karate is based on deep mutual respect, therefore training is always performed in a positive atmosphere and focused mind set. Kyokushin Karate encourages and develops an attitude of presence and determination.
