Reza Ghorbani, MD

Reza Ghorbani, MD, ABIPP, FIPP, is the CEO and co-founder of Advanced Pain Medicine Institute and APMI Orthopaedics, Sports Health & Regenerative Medicine, with locations in Chevy Chase and Greenbelt, Maryland. He is a board-certified interventional pain management specialist who has devoted his entire career to helping patients overcome pain to enable a better quality of life. Dr. Ghorbani graduated with honors from Tufts University and then attended Tufts University School of Medicine. He completed a Surgical Internship at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center and a residency in Anesthesiology at Harvard University’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He then completed a Fellowship in Pain Management, also at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
