Sterling Care South Mountain

Sterling Care South Mountain provides short-term inpatient rehab services, skilled nursing care, and long term care services to our residents. In this warm and home like environment, our care-givers get to know each of our residents intimately and provide personalized care. The expansive layout of the facility allows the residents to get around easily and each of our resident rooms are larger than most skilled nursing facilities.
