Serving property managers, architects, contractors and building owners for 30+ years. Structural Solutions performs engineering investigations and analysis services for clients whose buildings are exhibiting signs of distress and perform structural evaluations to resolve structural concerns. We analyze structures for proposed change of use, where services typically include assessments of the as-built conditions, in conjunction with structural analyses, to accurately evaluate the capacity of structural elements for the proposed new usage of the building. We continue to serve the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas for over 33 years.
