Summer! Kids@Carroll + Teen College is quality summer educational enrichment in a fun environment. Our quality and safety standards have made us part of Carroll County summers for 20 years. Campers try new things through hands on activities with guidance of dedicated professional teachers and fun interested staff who provide individual attention in a small group setting.
