Our services are designed to help adults who live with loneliness, isolation, social anxiety, stress, lack of confidence, catastrophizing, difficulty with emotional intimacy and struggles around self-esteem. Through platonic touch therapy, NLP coaching, mindfulness and accountability check-ins, our clients learn to create and maintain new boundaries in life, gain clarity around needs and create a plan for well-being.
