The Friendly Thrift Shop
A 501(c)(3) entity, the Friendly Thrift Shop accepts donations of gently used clothing, baby and household items and books and sell to the general public. Proceeds fund college scholarships and go to support WUMCO (Western Upper Montgomery County Help), the Frederick Rescue Mission and the 11 area churches that provide our all volunteer staff. **Donations may ONLY be dropped during store hours. We cannot accept furniture, electronics, stuffed toys, exercise equipment, bicycles/helmets, car seats, medical devices or encyclopedias/textbooks.
