The Moose Pit went public in 2019 with the addition of its custom built BBQ trailer complete with a commercial kitchen. The Moose Pit offers a closely guarded secret family recipe dry rub and slow smoking technique perfected by the original "Moose" Mark Harding Sr. After his passing his son Mark Harding Jr. aka "Moose Jr" and business partner Nick Pollatos teamed up to honor Moose with The Moose Pit.
