How to register to ride at Wolf Den Run State Park. Step 1. Obtain the proper permits. • Request Off-roading Permit from the Wolf Den Run State Park website. • Off-road vehicle annual permit or valid license plate displayed on vehicle. (MD Residents only. Valid 01/01-12/31 of the year) • Garrett County ATV/Snowmobile Road-use Permit from the Garrett County website (allows you to run your vehicle on public roads for 2 miles) Step 2. Rider will then be contacted by the park for payment. Step 3. Use the ORV Parking Lots located inside the park. Visitors are required to have their Permit readily available at all-times during their stay.
